Delivery

Below are some essential points concerning our deliveries and returns. Please feel free to contact us via email or call if you are unsure about any of the important points listed below.

• We offer free delivery for all UK mainland orders, please note that non-UK mainland orders will incur an additional delivery charge agreed in advance.
• All orders are shipped using an independent delivery partner. They who will make contact directly to arrange a suitable time for delivery, please note point 6.
• For overseas orders, please contact us for further details on the delivery method and charges.
• Your order will be fulfilled within 20 working days (6, 18 & 24 Jet Whirlpools, c-lenda™ systems and combination systems) and 30 working days for our luxury freestanding baths, if you require your product earlier, on occasions we can accommodate this, but this will have to be agreed in advance. Please enter this request in the notes section when placing your order.
• All of our Whirlpool Baths and Spas are heavy, and as such, they will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. If your property is unreachable for any reason, such as up a flight of stairs in a flat, or obstructed due to the width of a street, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
• Please note our delivery partner is not insured to take the goods inside your property. We deliver as laid out in the point above. Due to the weight of our products, we recommended that at least 2 able-bodied persons are available to receive the goods and move them to your desired location.

Returns

• Please always double-check that you have chosen the correct bath & system and that all the dimensions are correct before placing your order.
• Before signing for your Whirlpool or Spa, please thoroughly inspect your whirlpool bath or spa on arrival for any visible transit damage.
• In the unlikely event of a problem with any of our Whirlpool Baths or Spas, we will arrange for a timely collection of the faulty goods and rectify or replace the item/items.
• Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Note – All of our whirlpool baths and air spa baths are made to order (MTO) to your specific requirements. If you decided to cancel your MADE TO ORDER product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could resell it to another customer. As such, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order price will be due.
