Unique to us, and offered by no other online retailer, once your bath is fitted by our expert installation team, your 40-year warranty comes into effect giving you greater piece of mind. In the unlikely event that you should experience a fault with your Carron whirlpool bath, a claim can be made.

Exclusive 40-year guarantee with Carronite™

When you order a Carron bath from us, you’ll receive an exclusive 40-year guarantee. Something no other online retailer can offer.

The warranty applies when the bath has been fitted correctly by our qualified installation team, who will follow the installation instructions attached with the model. From then, the bath should be cared for in accordance with the guidelines below.

Care guidelines

-Do not use abrasive cleaners and powders.

-Do not use cleaners containing bleach or ethyl alcohol.

-Do not let the bath come into contact with nail varnish remover or cleaners containing acetone.

-Do not let the bath come into contact with paint stripper or any type of harmful solvent.

Please note –

The warranty applies to domestic applications only.

The warranty does not cover any faults which occur as a result of damage caused by carelessness, misuse, neglect or incorrect installation.

The warranty will be invalidated if there is found to be any amendment, customisation, or adaptation of the product.

If any claim made under this guarantee finds that the fault is not due to manufacture, Carron Bathrooms reserve the right to charge the customer at current list prices.

This warrant applies to the bath only and excludes all other components. It does not affect your statutory rights.
